In the name of Zdravkurort, I’d like to thank the staff of Plaza SPA hotel for its excellent service.
I had a great time. I got what I wanted. I arrived tired with just one wish - to get some rest. And I got it. No word and no movement on the part of the staff caused any irritation for me. Everyone is very polite and friendly. Be like that always! Thank you. Wishes and comments: 1. Hang more clocks on the resort floors. 2. I’d like to see more smiles from the security staff.
I’m pleasantly surprised by the service at Plaza Zheleznovodsk, and by the food and living conditions. The only unpleasant things were that the resort administration has to resolve the issue of guests going to dinner in bath robes (a very unpleasant sight). We’d also like the guests not to come to dinner in sportswear. This is uncivilized and unaccepted all over the world. But all in all – many thanks.
The staff is super friendly, the resort is clean, and I had a great time in the “hamam”! It’s a pity that the Internet is full of intermediaries and you can’t find the resort’s telephone number! Too bad they don’t give kids a discount here! Being in such a chic place and having such excellent service, the mud treatments look really funny!
Overall, I had a good experience for my first time. The attitude of the staff and the security is excellent. The food is superb. On the negative side, I didn’t get a spot at the parking lot, even though I was promised one, and the masseur in room 235 is a horror – I’d give a score of 1 out of 5. But everything was still great, and we’ll come back to Zheleznovodsk again.
I’d like to so say great thanks to all the Plaza staff. We’ve stayed in your resort eight times already, and hopefully we’ll come back here a ninth and a tenth time too. Vitaly’s friendly smile at the reception makes us want to come back. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so pleasant. Good luck and prosperity to you.
Get the system administrator and staff at the appointment office to work. Appointments for procedures are backed up, and there’s a small interval between treatments. There’s no explanation about the procedures being given, and nobody offers additional procedures (paid). You need an information stand with an accessible (simple) explanation of medical services – your appointment office has 3 folders that are hardly readable. It’s difficult for the average person to understand medical services, and you have to help.
Thank you very much for the rest and the attention! A huge thank you to all dining room staff! The food is delicious, nutritious, and varied! Great job! Thank you to all the service personnel on the 4th floor who cleaned our rooms. They were very polite, attentive and friendly! I wish you health and happiness, and good guests!!!

4 months later ... and I’m back in Zheleznovodsk ... And once again I wasn’t disappointed! The staff is just as welcoming and friendly. Thank you all very much for the services you provided. Good luck to everyone! See you!!!
