“Honored Guest” loyalty program

Our “Honored Guest” loyalty program is for regular visitors to Plaza SPA Hotels. After fulfilling the conditions set by the program, you will receive a “Silver”, “Gold” or “Platinum” card, which provides discounts on health resort, wellness, and accommodation services, as well as additional benefits as a reward for consistently choosing Plaza SPA Hotels. Any Plaza guest who is 18 years or older and who fulfills the conditions set by the program can become a member of our “Honored Guest” loyalty program. The membership card has a unique number that is personalized and can’t be transferred to another person for use. The Program applies only to travelers who book individually. Guests coming from travel companies, individual entrepreneurs and other legal entities under contracts with Plaza Health Resort LLC or Plaza SPA Hotel LLC (including: — Agency Agreements — Commission Contracts — Contracts concluded with LE at special rates — Contracts for holding corporate events) can’t participate in this Program. Special rates are understood to be prices for programs (tours, trips) other than the current rates at the time of the visitor’s arrival. The membership card for our “Honored Guest” loyalty program is given to the resort guest regardless of the method of payment (cash or non-cash) for the purchased program (tours, trips). Discounts and privileges defined for each type of card are valid only when paying for programs (packages, tours) directly by the cardholder who is an “Honored Guest”. Discounts using the card are not applicable to other additional services not included in the cost of the purchased program (package tours). Members of the “Honored Guest” loyalty program can use the issued card only at the time of the next visit to the resort. The resort administration reserves the right to resolve disputes over an interpretation of the conditions of the “Honored Guest” loyalty program. Read more about the discounts and privileges:

Silver Card

To receive a Silver Card, guests must spend 20 nights or more in a calendar year in Plaza SPA Hotels. This card gives a 5% discount for stays at Plaza SPA Hotels for you and your family or friends (up to 4 people). The card is valid for 24 months from the date it is issued.

Gold Card

To receive a Gold Card, guests must spend 30 nights or more in a calendar year in Plaza SPA Hotels. The amount spent on purchasing programs (package tours) must exceed 350,000 rubles for the calendar year. This card gives a 7% discount for stays at Plaza SPA and the following privileges: Free late check-out on request (until 18:00) Reservation accepted without prepayment Free transfer to/from the train station to the resort on request Advantages when reserving rooms Welcome gift in room upon arrival Ability to pay for holidays of loved ones and friends in Plaza SPA Hotels with a 7% discount (up to 4 people) when they stay with the card holder. The card is valid for 24 months from the date it is issued.

Platinum Card

To receive a Platinum Card, guests must spend 30 nights or more in a calendar year in Plaza SPA Hotels. The amount spent on purchasing programs (package tours) must exceed 500,000 rubles for the calendar year. This card gives a 10% discount for stays at Plaza SPA and the following privileges: Free late check-out on request (until 18:00) Guaranteed reservation when made at least 30 days before arrival Reservation accepted without prepayment Free transfer to/from the Mineralnye Vody Airport on request Advantages when reserving rooms Welcome gift in room upon arrival Ability to pay for holidays of loved ones and friends in Plaza SPA Hotels with a 10% discount (up to 10 people) when they stay with the card holder. The card is valid for 36 months from the date it is issued.
